Some Australian firms have been using sophisticated tools to scope and price matters for a number of years.

I work for the Australian company that developed the PricingMatters product to assist professional services firms respond to price pressure while ensuring that they remain profitable.

Feedback from our customers is that their clients are becoming increasingly demanding for upfront quotes, deviations from standard pricing and matter progress reporting with little evidence of this demand decreasing, GFC or not!
