Deal summary

• This is the first ever delisting of a Chinese company from London’s AIM (Alternative Investment Market) to list in Hong Kong with a 144A placement to US investors.

• WCC was simultaneously delisted and listed on August 23 2010.

• WCC had previously listed on AIM in late 2006, raising US$34m, but targeted a Hong Kong listing citing proximity to operations as the driver of its choice.
