The Hong Kong office of Jones Day has acted on Korea's largest and longest - in terms of legal maturity - cross-border securitisation.

Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP and Rajah & Tann have represented the lenders on the first project financing to be completed for a green-field power plant in Singapore's recently established national electricity market.

Lovells Lee & Lee has acted on Asia's first sizable merchant plant project financing since the 1997 financial crisis, and one of the largest greenfield power projects to take place in the region this year.
