CC acts on Eximbank debut

Clifford Chance has advised the joint lead managers on a 144A bond offering by The Export-Import Bank of China (China Eximbank).
Hong Kong-based US securities partner Jon Zonis led the firm's team representing Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and HSBC on the US$750m debut offering of 5.25% Notes due 2014.
The transaction - which closed on 29 July - involved Notes issued in accordance with Regulation S under the US Securities Act.
China Eximbank is a policy-oriented organisation established under the authority of the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
