CLIFFORD CHANCE PRESS RELEASE
Clifford Chance has announced that David Wilson has rejoined the firm in Hong Kong.
David, a Senior Associate, was most recently Executive Director and Legal Counsel of Goldman Sachs Australia. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel of Corporate Banking at Citibank in Sydney and Legal Counsel with Bankers Trust Australia.
David was with Clifford Chance between 1989 and 1998 in London, Tokyo and Singapore. He is experienced in a wide range of finance and securities work, including project finance, structured finance and corporate restructurings.
David was admitted as a Solicitor in England in 1991 and in Australia in 1999.

In other news, Clifford Chance has announced that Merrick White has joined the firm's Singapore practice as an energy consultant.
Merrick, a specialist in the oil & gas sector, has over 12 years of experience in the industry, having worked for British Gas, Clyde Petroleum, Gulf Indonesia and ConocoPhillips. A non-lawyer by training, Merrick is experienced in a wide range of commercial, business development and engineering aspects of the industry. Most recently, he spent seven years in Indonesia where he negotiated most of South Asia's recent significant gas sales agreements, established two gas pipeline codes and developed successful gas infrastructure projects.
