KLegal loses practice head to IP heavyweight

KLegal has lost the services of its head of intellectual property in New Zealand.
Penny Catley joined the Wellington Office of leading IP firm Baldwin Shelston Waters in August as a partner.
Catley advises particularly in relation to trademark brand protection, copyright and fair trading issues and commercial agreements including franchising, licensing, sale and transfer agreements.
She is a New Zealand committee member of IPSANZ, the IP Society of Australia and New Zealand.
