Lovells Lee & Lee has signed off two deals for its client, the Singapore branch of Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich (RZB), worth a combined total of US$400m.

The first transaction was a US$300 one-year syndicated loan facility to ICICI Bank. The next was a US$100m one-year syndicated loan facility to Industrial Development Bank of India.

In both cases banking partner Andrew Taylor led on the deal, while RZB instructed Juris Corp as local counsel on the first deal and Trilegal on the second.
