Morrison & Foerster has continued its expansion in Tokyo with the recruitment of Anderson Mori corporate finance partner Ryugo Yoshimura.
Yoshimura joins the US firms 10-lawyer joint venture firm Ito & Mitomi as a partner. The hire follows that of senior structured finance lawyer Shinji Itoh from Nomura Securities in Tokyo.
