君合近日提升了10位律师为合伙人，这是君合成立以来晋升合伙人最多一次，至此，君和合伙人数已达到90人。
这10名律师分别是赵君、何芳、邓梁、徐轶聪、周舫、沈江、何侃、董剑萍、叶臻勇和胡瑞钦。他们分别来自君合北京、上海、深圳和香港的办公室，其各自的专长涉及公司与兼并、证券、诉讼、银行金融、知识产权。
同时，君合还晋升了5位顾问，他们分别是令狐铭、廖悦悦、李立山、孙海珊和熊明。这些新晋升的合伙人及顾问平均年龄都在35岁左右。君合的管理合伙人肖微认为这些新合伙人及顾问的提升也显示本所发展和壮大新一代法律专才的努力将会持续。
Jun He has promoted ten senior lawyers to partner, bringing the total number of partners to 90, in one of the biggest partnership drives seen since the firm was established in Beijing in 1989.
The make-up lawyers are Zhao Jun, He Fang, Deng Liang, Xu Yicong, Zhou Fang,(Lily) Shen Jiang , Daniel He, Dong Jianping, Allan Ye and Dennis Hu, are spread across offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and their extensive legal experience covers corporate and M&A, litigation, banking & finance, IP, real estate and securities practice areas.
The firm has also promoted five lawyers to counsel - Linghu Ming, Liao Yueyue, Li Lishan, Sun Haishan, and Xiong Ming. The average age of these new partners and counsels is 35.
According to managing partner Xiao Wei, the large-scale promotions made this year demonstrates Jun He’s commitment to developing and advancing the next generation of legal talent in China. ALB
