Anthony Harper and Quigg Partners held the primary roles on New Zealand electricity lines company Electra's purchase of a 50% interest in the meter reading subsidiary of DataCol Group.

Name partner David Quigg led the Quigg Partners team advising Electra on its acquisition of a stake in DataCol NZ, which provides meter reading services to over half of the New Zealand market. Special counsel Malcolm Hurley led the Anthony Harper team advising the DataCol Group.

DataCol Group is a recent recipient of the New Zealand Incubator Hall of Fame award.
