Banking specialist Peter Bowden has moved from Blake Dawson to Clayton Utz, taking up a senior associate position in Melbourne.

Bowden’s experience includes two years working in the international finance team in the Tokyo office of UK firm Ashurst, as well as several years in the restructuring and insolvency practice at Blakes, where he had originally returned following his time in Tokyo.
