The Melbourne workplace relations team at Clayton Utz is set to have several new faces in its ranks. Stuart Pill and Dan Trindade, previously the principals of boutique workplace relations firm Trindade Farr & Pill,  will make the move across to join the Clutz partnership. Their team of five lawyers and support staff will also be joining Clutz. Both Pill and Trindade are in fact ex-Clayton Utz lawyers and the move will be a homecoming of sorts. The appointments will be effective from 1 June.

This development continues a strong period of activity in the employment/ workplace relations space. A recent study by Macquarie Relationship Banking, conducted in conjunction with ALB, found that 45% of law firms indicated that employment law was one of the key areas they were looking to integrate into their firm over the next 3 years.
