Colin Ng & Partners has advised on Malaysia's largest ever REIT - the Starhill REIT which debuted on the Bursa Malaysia at the end of 2005.

CNP advised the REIT manager, Pintar Projek Sdn Berhad, with the firm's foreign legal advisers Peter Mitchell and Bill Jamieson leading the team.

Malaysian firm Lee Perara & Tan advised the manager on local issues, while Allen & Overy and local firm Albar & Partners acted for the underwriters.
