Some of the most prominent intellectual property and information technology firms in China have partnered with legal publisher LegalStudio in support of its latest resource for PRC-based practitioners.
China IP & IT Law Service is China's first onestop shop for awareness and analysis of IP and IT developments in China, claims LegalStudio. Firms in agreement include Lovells, Rouse & Co, Boss & Young, AllBright Law Offices and Lehman Lee and Xu, which have each taken up positions on LegalStudio's editorial and contributor panel.
"This is a unique service that offers the legal and IP community in China a very valuable resource. Our firm's commitment to this service is steadfast and we're very pleased to be a part of it," Lovells partner Douglas Clark said.
"Combining the quality of the bilingual content with online access and an extensive archive, makes this a very valuable timesaving tool," added Luke Minford, head of China at Rouse & Co.
The scope of coverage of China IP & IT Law Service includes: patent, trademark, copyright and enforcement; trade secrets, information technology; technology licensing, outsourcing; and internet & e-commerce. ALB
