Timothy Atkin has joined Maddocks as special counsel in the firm's commercial dispute resolution group.

Previously at Freehills, Atkin has acted for a number of major corporations including the Seven Network in the C7 case and for the owner of Sydney Airport in a A$500m dispute with the NSW Government.
