Middletons has added a new partner to its property team, this time in Perth. Michael Hain has joined the firm from Corrs Chambers Westgarth and has 18 years of legal practice experience. He has significant experience acting in major property acquisitions and subdivisions, strata and residential developments, property leasing and sales. Hain also advises on development strategy, as well as assisting clients on their strategic property portfolios.

"Michael is well known for his commercial focus and skills needed for negotiations, contracting, transaction documentation or dispute resolution when required," said Middletons head of property, development and construction group, Justin Lethlean.  

The Middletons property, development & construction group added a new partner just over a month ago in Melbourne, recruiting Vicki Sharp from Herbert Geer.
