Moray & Agnew has appointed Tim McDonald as a partner and the new head of its workplace practice in Sydney. McDonald was previously at Sparke Helmore. He has also had notable experience in other roles, including as a senior advisor to former employment minister Joe Hockey.

McDonald has represented employers in various tribunals including Fair Work Australia, the AIRC, the Federal Court and the Federal Magistrates Court.
