Greg Milner-White has been promoted to partner in the environment and planning team at NZ firm Kensington Swan. Milner-White's practice includes acting for infrastructure providers, councils and contractors in relation to resource consent applications, environmental enforcement issues and other matters.
Kensington Swan has had some key personnel changes in recent months, which include the appointment of construction & infrastructure partner Paul Buetow to the managing partner position. The firm opted not to appoint a new CEO after its previous CEO Chris Heilbronn left to become a director at a management consulting firm.
Meanwhile, Duncan Cotterill has added a new partner in Wellington. Jonathan Scragg has been appointed partner leading the dispute resolution practice. Scragg rejoined the firm in 2009 after a stint in London. The firm also announced that chair Raewyn Lovett has been appointed to the board of Quotable Value Ltd (QV), New Zealand's largest valuation and property information company.
