Beijing-headquartered Jincheng Tongda & Neal has made one of its most senior appointments so far this year, hiring Jeff Cai as a senior partner in its head office. Prior to joining JT&N, Cai served as a former partner and head of China Real Estate at Salans. He specialises in PRC-related real estate transactions, including property development and construction, sales, leasing and management, acquisitions and dispositions, financing and distressed real estate.
Before his private practice career, he served as a senior manager for legal affairs in Hong Kong Henderson Land Group, handling all mainland-related legal issues.
