Middletons partners Ben Burney and Adam Fuller and a team of four lawyers are set to make the move to Sparke Helmore, the firm has announced. The move completes a circle for Burney and Fuller, who were recruited by MIddletons from Sparke Helmore in 2008.
Sparke Helmore has now recruited five lateral partners and 17 lawyers in the past 12 months. In addition to banking & finance, much of the recruitment has had a major projects/ government focus.
