Sydney-based Swaab Attorneys has appointed Sandra Rocha as a senior associate in the wills and estate practice. Rocha was previously an associate partner at Marsdens Law Group and brings a wide-ranging experience in all areas of estate planning and the preparation of comprehensive estate plans, including advice on wills, trusts, tax and superannuation.

Swaab Attorneys is notable for its private client services team, which caters to individuals more comfortable with using a commercial firm for personal matters such as estate planning. In a recent interview with ALB, managing partner Fred Swaab said that the private client services team provided the firm with a counter-cyclical balance and accounted for about a sixth of the firm's practice.
